Booking Policy for Virtual Coaching Sessions - Duration: Each session is 1 hour long and is conducted virtually. - Topic: "Mastering Case Studies & Bowe-Tie Methods for NCLEX® Success!" 2. Booking Confirmation: - All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to ensure proper preparation and scheduling for your session. - Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the session details, such as the date, time, and access information. Each coaching session lasts 60 minutes and is non-refundable. 3. Payment Policy: - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session spot. - Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and the PayPal platform. We understand that unexpected circumstances can disrupt your plans, so we have outlined our cancellation and rescheduling policies below to ensure a smooth process for all clients: Cancellation Policy: - If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to allow for rescheduling. All bookings are non-refundable. Rescheduling Policy: 1. Clients are permitted one rescheduling request per booking without incurring additional charges. 2. Rescheduling requests must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. To reschedule, please contact us via email at info@futurenursestestprep.com or call (901) 763- 8374. 3. The new appointment will be scheduled based on available times. 4. Cancellations under 24 hours, no-shows, or late arrivals over 10 minutes to the session will forfeit the $80 session fee. 5. In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, a one-time exception for rescheduling may be granted if notifications are given within an hour after the missed session. Confidentiality: 1. All coaching sessions are confidential. We adhere to professional standards aimed at protecting your personal information and any details shared during the session. 2. We will not disclose the contents of the coaching sessions to third parties without the client’s consent or unless required by law. 3. To ensure a productive experience, a stable internet connection, quiet environment and active participation is expected. Please note that this policy is subject to change.
